SPRING IN MY STEP

There's no Spring in the air.......but there is in my heart. I've told you all before - I pretty much live in a fantasy world. So I am planning my garden. My new friends here are lending me books and advising me along the way.

I LOVE the Flower Fairies. Since this whole midwest gardening thing is new to me - I am really going to keep a diary....no, REALLY I am !!

No more tropicals for moi.

But tulips and peonies and violets

  1. Ahh, gardening in a new zone! Please let me know what you learn! I saw a sign today saying 'Think Spring'! So true, especially when there are still inches of snow on the ground!! I'm dreaming of peonies too!!
    Have a wonderful weekend! j.

  2. Oh, oh gardening season is coming! I don't have a green thumb but will have to take time to look how to start a small butterfly garden. We don't get much sunlight so I'm hoping I can get one going.
Have a golden weekend my friend. xoxo

  7. Planning ahead for spring work in the garden helps with the mid-winter blaas-doesn't it? Peonies are such a favorite- and white tulips.
I will visit the local garden center this weekend for something bright and scented.
